One thing to be clear about upfront: we are not an installer, and we don’t take commissions from installers on your project. Our role is buyer-side — the advisor who checks the subsidy math, sizes the system honestly, makes vendors compete on identical terms, and chases the paperwork that everyone else lets drift. The installation contract is always directly between you and the installer you choose.
The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. If your situation doesn’t justify solar — wrong roof, wrong consumption pattern, wrong timing — we say so and part as friends.
Subsidy Eligibility & Application
We confirm what subsidy you actually qualify for, file your application on the national portal (pmsuryaghar.gov.in), and coordinate with your DISCOM until the feasibility approval lands — so the paperwork never stalls your project.
Site Survey & System Design
Before you sign anything, we assess your roof, shading and structure, analyse your electricity bills and load pattern, and size the system to your consumption and sanctioned load — so you buy the kilowatts you need, not the ones a salesperson wants to sell.
Installer Vetting & Quote Comparison
Our core service: we bring you three like-for-like quotes from installers we have vetted for empanelment status, track record, component quality and after-sales — and sit on your side of the table while you compare and negotiate.
Net Metering & DISCOM Approval
The step where most projects get stuck. We manage the net-meter application, the bidirectional meter installation, the DISCOM inspection and the grid-connection agreement — through to the subsidy release into your bank account.
O&M & Annual Maintenance
A solar plant only pays back if it keeps generating. We set up generation monitoring, panel-cleaning schedules and a properly scoped annual maintenance contract — and flag underperformance before it costs you a season of savings.
